Managing multiple funding streams, remote and hybrid staff, glitchy databases and web applications, etc. is never going to be easy. But newer technology and increasingly effective outsourced service providers may make it easier to do it well and build a stronger foundation to cope with the rapid pace of change. This session will focus on newer tools for time and expense tracking, paying bills, donation processing, credit card management, and overall accounting and reporting and on CRM (customer relationship management) and ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems that make it all work better together. Share what your org has tried and learn how other sexual assault programs are getting some big payoffs from relatively small investments in newer systems.
